How Safe Environment Engineering Started
SEE was founded in 1993 in response to a growing need for reasonably priced, advanced interactive telemetry and communication systems for the safety and security markets. The events of 9/11 coupled with new Federal Compliance Regulations have amplified the need for our leading-edge safety and security products.
For over 10 years Lifeline was focused on the uses and needs of the confined space/environmental monitoring markets. Due to increased terrorist and environmental threats, SEE has broadened Lifeline to include products specifically for use in the First Responder Market.  As a direct result of participating in first responder exercises, focused first responder interviews, and continual in depth research, Lifeline has become an integral part of the First Response first line of incident defense.
Mission
To provide cost-effective products and services that enhance Industrial and First Response safety and security through the application of advanced interactive telemetry and communication technology. SEE is a provider of wireless solutions and a developer of worker-safety products with life-saving communications and response capabilities. We are committed to integrating current technologies and resources with new and advanced technologies to produce easy to use, sustainable, and secure products.
We are members of the following organizations
Life·line® System
In 1994 Safe Environment Engineering began demonstrating a working prototype of our affordable and flexible system for the Safety and Security Markets.

The patented Life·line® system, through its “fail-safe” design and adherence to all existing applicable Federal Regulations, provides a safer and more cost effective solution for monitoring the safety and security of workers in confined, hazardous and remote locations than anything previously or currently available.

The Life·line® system has been successfully installed and is in use at various U.S. Military Bases, and companies like General Dynamics, Boeing, and Northrop/Grumman.  Continual repeat sales testifies to customer satisfaction with our Life·line® products and services.
First Response Services
In 2000 Safe Environment Engineering began providing First Response Service. The service was created out of the need for emergency organizations to establish fail-safe common communication platforms that allow the responding organizations the ability to share information and react quickly and decisively.   Since we started the service we have installed over 20 systems for the public safety industry, view our installation portfolio to see examples of our installations.
Interoperable Wireless Instrument Integration
Our wireless meter interfacing "The Dongle" allows the meters that save lives to transmit data from Rad/Chem/Bio monitoring instruments to a remote location where an attendant can monitor the activity of an entrant’s physiological status as well as the environmental conditions .   We provide a customized, interoperable solution that connects the meter, the entrant and the attendant in real time.
